If there is one thing you need to know about Jordan, it is that he lives to have fun! He loves coffee, a good book, or a walk in nice weather. When he is not out having fun, he is at home hanging out with his beautiful wife, Danay and two kids, Patrick and June. Jordan grew up in church but didn’t fully understand the gospel until later in life. So now he has a desire and passion to see the next generation grow up in love with Jesus and a true view of the gospel. - Jordan Niles

Speaker: Monty Montana
Monty Montana currently serves as the Young Families Pastor at Valley Baptist Church in Bakersfield. Monty holds a degree in Applied Theology from California Baptist University and is slowly working his way through graduate studies(and will likely graduate when Jesus returns!) Monty has been preaching since the age of 17 and views our state as a ripe mission field full of gospel opportunity. Monty and his wonderful wife Hannah have been married for 5 years and together have 3 wonderful children. In his free time Monty enjoys camping, reading, working on cars, and chasing his kids around the home.
Fun fact about Monty: before he felt God calling him to vocational ministry, he originally hoped to pursue a career in standup comedy…this past career goal tends to come out in his preaching!
